Lewis Hamilton F1 Champion 2008! Lewis Hamilton, who lost the chance to be the first F1 Champion as a rookie driver in 2007, won the title this year in Brazil's Interlagos Circuit on Sunday, November 2. The 22-year-and-9-month old Hamilton made the history, being the youngest driver ever to win a F1 Championship. He is also the only second driver after Candian Jacques Villeneuve who became a champion in his second season in the modern F1 races.
